Integrative Yoga Center

 Integrative Yoga & Healing Arts Center is located in the beautiful Appalachians of  North Carolina.  Easily accessible, and less than a one hour drive from Winston Salem, and one and a half hour drive from Charlotte.  We are currently under construction, and developing our various programs and classes to be announced late 2023.   There will be something for everyone!  Laramie is excited to launch a new (YTT) Yoga Teacher Training program, as well as regular advanced studies workshops, retreats, weekly classes and more.  Join our mailing list and stay tuned!!
